With experience in Superior Courts, our office is concerned with carrying out an artisanal approach to each case, which allows for qualified action. We offer a wide-ranging service, which includes the preparation of appeals and memorials, participation in hearings and oral arguments before judging bodies.

FEDERAL COURT OF JUSTICE

We work in Extraordinary and strategic internal appeals that involve the assessment of high-profile demands, as well as in actions of original jurisdiction, such as original civil actions; actions in abstract control of constitutionality; the suspension of security, injunctions and sentences; claims; in addition to writs of mandamus involving the control of the legality of decisions issued by different public bodies (such as TCU, CNJ and MP). We also develop work that involves the role of Amici Curiae in processes that involve the formation of precedents and qualified theses, including participating in public hearings.

SUPERIOR LABOR COURT

​We work in processes that involve the assessment, by the Court's fractional bodies, of demands endowed with transcendence, most notably, in Magazine Appeals and other internal resources relevant to the formation of persuasive and qualified precedents, as well as in actions of original jurisdiction, such as complaints, writs of mandamus, rescission actions and various disputes.

SUPERIOR JUSTICE TRIBUNAL

​We act broadly in civil, public and criminal litigation, comprising specialized work in special appeals as well as original actions, such as demands involving the control of legality of Executive Branch bodies; Letters Rogatory, Conflicts of Jurisdiction and Approval of Foreign Decisions.
